Esther Crosby 
Esther was born on May 22nd, 1823 in ,Churchville,Augusta Co,VA. Esther's father was Amos Crosby and her mother was Mary Anderson. Her paternal grandparents were George Crosby and Susanna Evans; her maternal grandfather was Alexander Anderson. She had six brothers and three sisters, named Alexander, George Haslep, William, Amos Stover, Joshua E, John Richard, Susan, Rebecca and Mary Elizabeth. She was the fifth oldest of the ten children. She died at the age of 86 on December 6th, 1909 in ,,Augusta Co,VA. She was buried in Crosby Cem.,Churchville,Augusta Co,VA.General Notes
