Margaret was born about 1145 in Northumberland, England.  Margaret's father was Earl Henry Earl Of Huntingdon and her mother was Adam de Warenne.  Her paternal grandparents were David I "The Saint" King Of Scotland and Matilda Maud deLens; her maternal grandparents were Earl William III de Warenne and Countess Isabel de Vermandois. She had two brothers and two sisters, named The Lion, David, Margret and Ada Princess.  She was the second oldest of the five children.  She died in 1201 in Sawtrey Abbey,Hunts.
