Elizabeth de Clare 
Elizabeth was born in 1295. Elizabeth's father was Sir Ralph de Monthermer (1st Baron) and her mother was Joan Plantagenet (Joan of Acre). Her maternal grandparents were Edward I “Longshanks” Plantagenet (King of England) and Eleanor of Castile. She had a brother named Thomas. She was the younger of the two children. She had a half-brother and a half-sister, named Gilbert and Eleanor. She died at the age of 65 in 1360.-
