Alfonso VIII “El Noble” (King of Castille)

Alfonso VIII, known as El Noble, was born in 1155. El Noble's father was Sancho III (King of Castille) and his mother was Blanche of Navarre. His paternal grandparents were Alfonso VII (King of Castille & Leon) and Berenguela of Barcelona. He died at the age of 59 in 1214.
