John McMahan 
John was born in 1823 in West Chillisquaque, Northumberland, Pennsylvania, USA.1 John's father was Samuel McMahan and his mother was Jane "Jennie" Reed. His paternal grandparents were Maj. James McMahan and Mary Murray; his maternal grandparents were William Reed and Mary Murray. He had three brothers and five sisters, named James, William Reed, Samuel, Polly Mary, Jennie Murray "Jane", Margaret, Eliza Ann and Rebecca. He died at the age of 77 on December 25th, 1900 in Vineland, Cumberland, New Jersey, USA. He was buried in Siloam Cemetery.2 -
