Mary was born in 1762 in Shermans Dale, Perry, Pennsylvania, USA.1 Mary's father was Col. James Murray and her mother was Mary Ann Fisher. Her paternal grandparents were James Murray and Janet "Jennet" Armit. She had two brothers named Thomas and Samuel. She had a half-brother and a half-sister, named John and Mary Jane. She died at the age of 70 on October 19th, 1832 in Potts Grove, Northumberland, Pennsylvania, USA. She was buried on October 21st, 1832 in Chillisquaque Cemetery.1 1 -
