Eliza was born in 1846.  Eliza's father was Amos Glover and her mother was Elizabeth Gilmore. She had five brothers and three sisters, named Harrison, Alpheus, John, Martin, Elias, Julia, Matilda and Sarah.  She was the youngest of the nine children. She had five half-brothers and four half-sisters, named Richard, William, Joseph, Amos, Charles, Mary Ann, Elizabeth , Nancy  and Maria.  She died at the age of 4 in 1850.
