Alice White

Alice was born in June 1862 in Newport, Monmouth. Alice's father was John White and her mother was Hannah Maria Eastment. Her paternal grandparents were Robert Ames White and Joanna Whitaker; her maternal grandparents were James Eastment and Mary Young. She had seven brothers and four sisters, named George, James Eastment, Alfred, Robert, John, John, William, Eliza, Mary A., Clara Jane and Rosina. She was the eighth oldest of the twelve children.
