Pleuntje was born in 1747 in Zoetermeer and her baptism took place there on September 3rd, 1747.1  Pleuntje's father was Maarten Jacobszn Rodenburg and her mother is Neeltje Jacobsdr Brugman.  Her paternal grandparents were Jacob Arentszn Rodenburg and Trijntge Maartensdr Hogerscheijt; her maternal grandfather is Jacob Brugman and her maternal grandmother was N.N. N.N.. She had two brothers and two sisters, named Arij, Maarten, Trijntje and Ariaantje.  She was the second oldest of the five children. She had four half-brothers and a half-sister, named Jacob Maertenszn, Willem, Dirck Maertenszn, Maerten and Trijntje.  She died at the age of 1 on August 28th, 1748 in Zegwaart (Zoetermeer).1
