Jenneken Hermansdr was born in January 1770 and her baptism took place on January 17th, 1770 in Lochem.1  Jenneken Hermansdr's father was Harmen Buijrink and her mother was Adriana Scholten.  Her paternal grandparents were Berent Burink and Jenneken Nieuwenhuijs; her maternal grandparents were Hendrik Scholten and Harmina Harking. She had four brothers and two sisters, named Gerrit Jan, Hendrik Harmenszn, Jan Harmenszn, Berend Harmenszn, Jenneken and Janna.
