Hannah Stones

Hannah was born in 1844 in Rawcliffe, East Riding, Yorkshire and her christening took place there on January 28th, 1844.¹² Hannah's father was Charles Emanuel Stones and her mother was Harriet Mary Hall. Her maternal grandparents were William Hall and Mary Hepworth. She had six brothers and eight sisters, named James, William, Robert, John, Frederick, Alexander, Mary, Elizabeth, Emma, Sarah, Sarah, Miriam, Minnie and Ada. She was the second oldest of the fifteen children.
