Harriet was born on July 7th, 1824 in Rawcliffe Bridge, Yorkshire and her christening took place on July 25th, 1824 in Rawcliffe, East Riding, Yorkshire.1 2   Harriet's father was William Hall and her mother was Mary Hepworth.  Her paternal grandparents were John Hall and Elizabeth Moverley. She had four brothers and a sister, named George, John, George, James and Hannah.  She was the oldest of the six children.  She died at the age of 81 on June 4th, 1906.2
