Hannah was born on July 4th, 1830 in Rawcliffe Bridge, Yorkshire and her christening took place on July 25th, 1830 in Rawcliffe, East Riding, Yorkshire.1 2   Hannah's father was William Hall and her mother was Mary Hepworth.  Her paternal grandparents were John Hall and Elizabeth Moverley. She had four brothers and a sister, named George, John, George, James and Harriet.  She was the second oldest of the six children.
