Albert Edward Hayes

Albert was born on October 24th, 1879 in Walthamstow, Essex.¹

Albert's father was James Thomas Hayes and his mother was Elizabeth Penn. His paternal grandparents were William Chetwyn Hayes and Maria Briggs; his maternal grandparents were Henry John Penn and Charlotte Bott. He had five brothers and two sisters, named Henry, Frederick, James, Walter, William, Elizabeth and Maria. He was the youngest of the eight children. He died at the age of 89 in 1968.²
