Elizabeth Colyer 
Elizabeth was born on November 15th, 1812 in Pulaski County, Kentucky. Elizabeth's father was John Wesley Colyer and her mother was Lydia Memes Purvis. Her maternal grandparents were James Purvis and Rhoda Roberts. She had eight brothers and two sisters, named St. Clair, Lindsey Robert, Cyrenus Wait, Jehu, James Perry, Martin, Charles Grenade, Stephen, Harriet and Manerva (Menerva). She was the oldest of the eleven children. She died at the age of 85 in March 1898 in Probably Pulaski County, Kentucky. She was buried in Somerset City Cem.General Notes
