Daniel Webster Porter

Daniel Webster was born on May 26th, 1845 in New London, Huron, OH, USA.¹   Daniel Webster's father was Philo Thomas Porter.  His paternal grandparents are Thomas Porter and Phebe Bassett. He had five brothers and four sisters, named Alfred, William, Philo, George Washington, Albert Miner, Polly Elmina, Almira, Phebe and Sylvia.  He was the second youngest of the ten children.  He died at the age of 15 in 1860.¹
