Almira Porter

Almira was born on June 5th, 1825 in "              "            ".¹   Almira's father was Philo Thomas Porter.  Her paternal grandparents are Thomas Porter and Phebe Bassett. She had six brothers and three sisters, named Alfred, William, Philo, George Washington, Albert Miner, Daniel Webster, Polly Elmina, Phebe and Sylvia.  She was the third oldest of the ten children.  She died at the age of 78 on December 26th, 1903 in "              "            ".¹
