Noah Gilreath 
Noah was born about 1801 in Wilkes County,NC. Noah's father was Alexander Gilreath and his mother was Elizabeth Souther. His paternal grandparents were William Gilreath and Mary Arrington. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Jeremiah, George, Larkin W., James Harvey, Mary "Polly", Rhoda L., Lucy and Elizabeth. He was the second youngest of the nine children. He died in February 1854 in Wilkes County,NC.-
