Martha P. was born in 1785. Martha P.'s father was William , Jr. Gilreath and her mother was Sarah "Sallie" Jones. Her paternal grandparents were William Gilreath and Mary Arrington. She had five brothers and three sisters, named Hugh, Henry H., Hardie Jones, William Hilliar., Hiram, Delilah, Rebecca and Susanna. She is the second oldest of the nine children.General Notes
