Isabel was born about 1166.  Isabel's father was William (Robert) de Ferrers and her mother was Goda de Toeni.  Her paternal grandparents were William de Ferrers and Margaret Peverel; her maternal grandparents were Roger III de Toeni and Ida (Gertrude) of Hainault. She had two sisters named Ermentrude and Margery. She had two half-brothers and four half-sisters, named William II, William IV le Meschyn, Ermintrude, Millicent, Agatha and Petronella (Pernell).  She died about April 29th, 1252 in Wigmore, Herefordshire, England.


Isabel's first family with Roger de Mortimer

‌Isabel and Roger were married in a religious ceremony before 1190.  They had two sons named Robert and Philip.


Isabel's second family with Piers FitzHerbert

‌Isabel and Piers were married in a religious ceremony about 1225.
