Isabel was born about 1166. Isabel's father was William (Robert) de Ferrers and her mother was Goda de Toeni. Her paternal grandparents were William de Ferrers and Margaret Peverel; her maternal grandparents were Roger III de Toeni and Ida (Gertrude) of Hainault. She had two sisters named Ermentrude and Margery. She had two half-brothers and four half-sisters, named William II, William IV le Meschyn, Ermintrude, Millicent, Agatha and Petronella (Pernell). She died about April 29th, 1252 in Wigmore, Herefordshire, England.General Notes
