Judith (Alice) of was born in Huntington, Flamsted, Herefordshire, England.  Judith (Alice) of's father was Waltheof II of Huntingdon and her mother was Judith of Lens Normandy.  Her paternal grandfather was Siward (Digera) Biornsson of Northumberland and her paternal grandmother is Aelflaed II of Bernicia Northumberland; her maternal grandparents were Lambert II von Boulogne of Lens and Adelaide of Normandy. She had two brothers and two sisters, named Baldwin of, Eadulph Cudel of, Matilda (Maud) of and Daughter of.  She died after 1126 in England.

‌Judith (Alice) of and Ralph IV were married in a religious ceremony in 1103.  They had a son and a daughter, named Roger III and Margaret.
