George J. Butcher 
George J. was born on December 11th, 1775. George J.'s father was Balthasar Butcher and his mother was Elizabeth Bush. His paternal grandparents were George Valentin Metzger Butcher and Maria Elizabeth Keifer. He had eight brothers and four sisters, named John Anderson, Gasper, Valentine J., Solomon, Henry, Jacob, William, Nicholas, Sarah, Girl, Elizabeth and Mary Ann. He was the second oldest of the thirteen children. He died at the age of 91 on February 17th, 1867.-
