Joseph Thomas Gatten

Joseph Thomas was born on May 5th, 1848 in Washington or Graysville, Monroe Co., Ohio. Joseph Thomas' father was Samuel Gatten and his mother was Mary Woodford. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Gatten and Eleanor Meeks. He had two brothers and five sisters, named Dennis, Jefferson, Maria, Sarah Jane, Rebecca Ann, Keziah and Nancy H.. He was the fourth youngest of the eight children. He died at the age of 62 on August 20th, 1910 in Monroe Co., Ohio.
