John Gatten 
John was born on January 1st, 1880 in Ohio. John's father was Joseph Thomas Gatten and his mother was Hannah Jane Highman. His paternal grandparents were Samuel Gatten and Mary Woodford. He had three brothers and a sister, named Winfield Scott, Hamilton, Oliver I. and Tabitha Jane. He was the second youngest of the five children. He died at the age of 85 on March 1st, 1965 in Ohio.-
