Cyrus Gatten

Cyrus was born on August 28th, 1836 in Richland Co., Ohio. Cyrus' father was Isaac Gatten and his mother is Mehettable Mariah Carpenter. His paternal grandparents were William Benjamin Gatten and Sarah Murphy. He had seven brothers and four sisters, named John, Aaron, Isaac Jr, Asa, Jeremiah, David, Madison Welsh, Rhoda W., Caroline, Mary Ann and Mariah. He is the third oldest of the twelve children.
