James Albert Rector 
James Albert was born on August 16th, 1849 in Vigo County,Indiana. James Albert's father was George Rector and his mother was Elizabeth Jane VanCleave. His paternal grandparents were John Preston Rector and Catherine Price; his maternal grandparents were Benjamin VanCleave and Sarah Kerns. He had five brothers and two sisters, named Benjamin Van Cleave, Matthew Simpson "Boss", Elijah O. "Lige", Wesley Jackson, Fredrick S., Catherine M. and Margaret J.. He was the third youngest of the eight children. He died at the age of 79 on August 22nd, 1928 in Vigo County,Indiana.-
