Elijah O. "Lige" Rector 
Elijah O. "Lige" was born on August 10th, 1844 in Vigo County,Indiana. Elijah O. "Lige"'s father was George Rector and his mother was Elizabeth Jane VanCleave. His paternal grandparents were John Preston Rector and Catherine Price; his maternal grandparents were Benjamin VanCleave and Sarah Kerns. He had five brothers and two sisters, named Benjamin Van Cleave, Matthew Simpson "Boss", Wesley Jackson, James Albert, Fredrick S., Catherine M. and Margaret J.. He was the fourth oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 82 on June 10th, 1927 in Clay County,Indiana.-
