John David was born on June 29th, 1826 in KY. John David's father was Leo Hardy Worland and his mother was Margaret Valentine Louden. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Worland and Verlinda Hardy; his maternal grandparents were David Louden and UNKNOWN Susan. He had seven brothers and three sisters, named Thomas Louden, William Leo, Vincent Oliver, Simon Brute, Celestine Hollandiere, Robert Purcel, James Gregory, Susannah, Verlinda and Margaret Ann. He was the oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 25 on January 24th, 1852 in Shelby,IN.-
