His paternal grandparents were Thomas Worland and Verlinda Hardy; his maternal grandparents were David Louden and UNKNOWN Susan. He had seven brothers and three sisters, named John David, Thomas Louden, William Leo, Vincent Oliver, Simon Brute, Robert Purcel, James Gregory, Susannah, Verlinda and Margaret Ann. He was the third youngest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 76 on June 21st, 1921 in Shelby,IN.-
