Archibald Campbell Shields

Archibald Campbell was born in 1844. Archibald Campbell's father was John Shields and his mother was Esther Black. His maternal grandparents were James Black and Abigail A. R. Taylor. He had three brothers and five sisters, named Robert James, Hugh Paul, John William, Martha Ann, Sarah Jane, Elizabeth Frances, Nancy Taylor and Susan Millen. He was the fourth youngest of the nine children.
