Her maternal grandparents were David Medlock and Rachel Adams. She had five brothers and three sisters, named David, Labonn, James Henry, John S, Silas L, Martha C, Lottie A and Josephine J. She had two half-brothers and two half-sisters, named William Washington, Joel, Nancy Jane and Susan Malinda. She died at the age of 75 on November 6th, 1941.
