James Henry Pewitt 
James Henry was born on January 25th, 1868 in Missouri. James Henry's father was Malachi Pewitt and his mother was Jurettah Catherine Medlock. His maternal grandparents were David Medlock and Rachel Adams. He had four brothers and four sisters, named David, Labonn, John S, Silas L, Martha C, Mary Albertine, Lottie A and Josephine J. He had two half-brothers and two half-sisters, named William Washington, Joel, Nancy Jane and Susan Malinda. He died at the age of 60 on March 10th, 1928 in Dent Co,Missouri. He was buried in Dryfork Cemetery,Jack,Dent Co,Missouri.-
