Edwin Ruthven Morris 
Edwin Ruthven was born on November 12th, 1854 in Shelby,IN. Edwin Ruthven's father was Hamilton MORRIS and his mother was Nancy Dorcas McCABE. His paternal grandparents were William Godfrey Morris and Nancy Young. He had four brothers and five sisters, named William Thomas, Oliver Perry, Charles O., Francis Marion, Amanda Jane, Melissa Ellen, Priscilla Wheeler, Mary Alice and Didamia Rusher. He was the second oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 8 on July 11th, 1863 in Shelby,IN. He was buried in Morris Cemetery.-
