Dorothy Deckard 
Dorothy was born on November 29th, 1911 in Monroe Co., Indiana. Dorothy's father was Leander Lee Deckard and her mother was Lavesta Smith. Her paternal grandparents were Benjamin Deckard and Mary Polly Ann Kinser; her maternal grandparents were David Smith and Rebecca Sexton. She had seven brothers and three sisters, named Hebert, Roy Luke Rufford, Elza Ed, Clovis Bean, Glenn, Floyd, Carl Edward, Dorotha, Mary Ann and Margaret Louise. She was the second oldest of the eleven children. She died at the age of 73 on April 8th, 1985 in Monroe Co., Indiana. She was buried in Allens Creek Cemetery.-
