Only John and Mary Ann were baptised at All Saints, Bingley. The problem of too many John Foulds from Bingley in 1871 Neighbor: Neighbour in 1881 and 1891.  Brothers.  Both are Stone Masons. Lives with: Nephey, living with Joseph in 1841 and 1851. Lives with: John living with Isreal in 1841.  Note: This John Foulds is born in Keighley, not Bingley. In 1871, Israel Foulds (written like Houlds) was 12 living with his father and step-mother John and Sarah Folds (both 44) at Lime Kiln Lane, Micklethwaite, Bingley.

27 March 1880, Israel Foulds a carter son of John married Sarah Garnett (both 21) at Manchester Cathederal. He describes his father as a building contractor.

In 1881, living with Sarah (both 22) at 15 Prospect St, Bowling, Yorkshire, a drayman.  However, he declared himself a bachelor in 1887 when he married Hannah whos father was an Innkeeper.

In 1891, Israel and Annie Elizabeth Foulds (30 & 25) were at Bowling with daughters Maria (9), Mary Alice (6) from his first marriage and Nellie (1). 1852 - 1871 Mary Ann Foulds 19 19 1861 William Foulds Born: Bankfoot, Lancashire 1832 - 1880 John Foulds 48 48 Living at Main Street, Bingley in 1851.

Living with husband Thompson in 1841 and 1851.  Presumed died by 1861 as no clear match in database, but headstone shows 1857.

According to marriage, Elizabeth was from Cross Flatts 1828 - 1850 Martha Foulds 22 22 Missing from home by 1851 (aged 24), presumed married in Dec 1847 or June 1848.

No Martha can be found for any of these in the 1851 census, but Martha Overend died Sep 1850, so this is could be her. However, there are two Joseph Overend's in 1851, one married and one singel (neither widowed).

FamilySearch.org has her as "Hannah Robinson Foulds", so maiden name assumed to be Robinson.  Confirmed by other FamilySearch records. 1827 - 1888 Joseph Foulds 61 61 Missing from 1841 census, but with family in 1851.

Living at Main Street, Bingley in 1881.  His wife, Elizabeth is from Norfolk, so could have married there.  No simple match on  FreeBMD though! 1835 Thomas Foulds Living at Main Street, Bingley in 1851.

In 1841, John (14) was living at Barriage Street, Bingley, son of Thompson Foulds, a carrier.

Cant find on any 1861 or 1881 census. 

John and two of his sons (John Thompson Foulds. and another) came to the USA.
