Not on IGI Family Christening records with his older siblings, but present on census, so definately part of the family.

Married Mary Lydia Russell (or possibly Eliza Mary A Price) in Ludlow in 1900 1908 - 1972 Arthur Cecil Bayley 64 64 Arthur was in charge of the First Aid depot at Mersey Park School during WW2. 1882 - 1959 Harry Bayley 77 77 An orphan.

Harry Alf Lavender Bayley, (and brother John Corfield Pitter Bayley) born Horsehay, Shropshire, aged 16, bording at Wellington College in 1901.  Could this be him? The whole family of Thomas and Mary was recorded as Smith in the 1891 census, but clearly an error as still in same house in 1901, back as the Brown family.
