    • This picture is the only one my mother has of her grandparents who died young, both before she was born.  It is taken from a picture in a small gold locket which her mother once had.  The photograph measures only 24mm dia.

      “Thy Will Be Done”
Richard and Lydia were married in a religious ceremony on September 21st, 1887 at St. Mary (Birkenhead).1  They had three sons and four daughters, named Richard, William, Frank, Ginnie, Ethel, Elsie and Lillie.  There are no more children.
