Only closley matching baptism is Catherine, daughter of James and Sarah Mather of Newton Heath, baptised 11 July 1824.
This is NOT the Catherine Mather, daughter of Thomas and Catherine from Windle. In 1841, she was aged 10 with her parents in Prescot and still there in 1851, aged 22. This is the Cathereine that married William Deane in 1852 at Farnworth. Windle is 2 miles NW of St Helens.
