Mary Jones

Mary was born in September 1865 in Turton.¹

Birth Notes

Mary's father was John Jones and her mother was Catherine Mather. Her maternal grandparents were Solomon Mather and Mary (Mally) Grime. She had five brothers and four sisters, named Thomas, William, Edward, Frederick, Ernest, Ellen, Elizabeth, Alice and Fanny. She was the second youngest of the ten children.
