George Arthur York

George was born in June 1911 in Birkenhead.¹

George's father was George William Frederick York and his mother was Lily Woodward. His maternal grandparents were George Woodward and Emma Fletcher. He had three brothers named Leslie, Eric and William. He was the oldest of the four children. He died at 1 months old in July 1911 in Birkenhead.²
