Catherine Williams

Catherine was born on July 31st, 1839 in Wepre and her baptism took place on August 18th, 1839 in Northop.¹²

Catherine's father was John Williams and her mother was Hannah Jones. Her paternal grandparents were Samuel Williams and Ann Millington. She had three brothers and five sisters, named William, Thomas, John, Elizabeth, Hannah, Ann, Mary and Frances. She was the fifth oldest of the nine children.

General Notes
- It may be that Catherine is John's daughter before he married Hannah. Catherine is born Hawarden, yet mother Hannah and the others are born in Northop.
  
  In 1851, Catherine was 12 and listed before the other children, (including William who was 21)
