Ellen Whalley

Ellen was born on November 18th, 1833 in Rainford and her baptism took place there on December 8th, 1833.¹

Birth Notes

Ellen's father was Thomas Whalley and her mother was Alice Heyes. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Whalley and Ellen Fyles; her maternal grandparents were James Heyes and Catherine Birch. She had two brothers and two sisters, named James, Thomas, Catherine and Alice. She was the second oldest of the five known children.
