Richard Walmsley

Richard was born in 1843 in Bolton.  Richard's father was Thomas Walmsley and his mother was Sophia Mather.  His paternal grandparents were Richard Walmsley and Martha Forshaw; his maternal grandparents were Matthias Mather and Mary Priestley. He had a brother and two sisters, named Thomas, Mary and Sophia.  He was the second youngest of the four children.  He died at the age of 85 in 1928.
