Randle was born in June 1845 in West Derby.¹

Birth Notes

Randle's father was William Tomlinson and his mother was Ann Harding. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Tomlinson and Martha Carr. He had four brothers and two sisters, named William, Thomas, John, Randle, Sarah and Phebe. He was the fourth oldest of the seven children. He died as an infant in June 1845 in West Derby.¹
