Matty Smith

Matty was born in July 1769 in Clayton (Bradford) and her baptism took place on July 16th, 1769 at Northowram Independant.¹

Birth Notes

Matty's father was William Smith and her mother was Mary Wilkinson. She had three brothers and five sisters, named John, Isaac, William, Mary, Betty, Priscilla, Martha and Hannah. She was the youngest of the nine children.
