In Feb 1818, Martha Smith (possibly another) was selling LOT IV: A Freehold Farm, called the Norr, with land, barn and stable (about 26 acres) situated at Wilsden, "now or late in the occupation of Martha". This could be the former family farm of her two brothers John and William who died soon after this sale.
