William Reed 
William was born in 1903 in Birkenhead.1 William's father was William Henry Reed and his mother was Elizabeth Ann Eddowes. His maternal grandparents were John Eddowes and Phoebe Parry. He had a brother and a sister, named John and Liliam. He was the oldest of the three known children.-
