John Lewis Oxton

John's father was Joseph Oxton and his mother was Elizabeth Mary Hope. His paternal grandparents were Joseph Oxton and Mary Lewis. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Joseph, George, Wallace, Lilian and Florence. He was the second youngest of the six children.
