Franklin (Frank) Reginald Neville

Franklin, known as Frank, was born on December 25th, 1902 in Malpas. Frank's father was Joseph Reginald Neville and his mother was Jessie Brereton. His maternal grandparents were Samuel Brereton and Ellen Humphreys. He had a sister named Nellie. He was the younger of the two children.
