Percy was born on February 5th, 1893 in Crossflatts and his baptism took place on March 5th, 1893 at All Saints (Bingley).¹

Birth Notes

Percy's father was William Edward Medley and his mother was Isabella Wyman. His paternal grandparents were William Medley and Caroline Pickles. He had a brother named Frederick. He was the younger of the two children. He died at the age of 72 on June 21st, 1965 in Lytham St Anne's.²
